However, I had a really interesting discussion with one of the people I am with. He doesn’t believe that being gay in genetic.
OMG
Probably because I am gay is why I was so offended. I respect his opinion, however when he said it I wanted to say ‘How fucking stuipd are you?’.
I now have tasked myself with the research. I didn’t have any facts to go to him with except to tell him that there is proof - so he wants proof and I am happy to give it to him.
I’ll have a new show out Friday or Sat from Mpls - and a new RMWP next week - sorry for the delays, Adam and I are busy for some odd reason -

Wow, offended because someone may think/believe that being gay might be caused for some reason other than genetics? I’m trying to understand why that’s offensive. I’m queer/gay and I don’t totally sign off on the genetics cause either. I am just puzzled over what was offensive about a different opinion/view on the subject.

Not sure why that upsets you so much. Whether you believe it or not, this person you speak of has a different opinion and I have a feeling no matter how hard you try to prove yourself, it won’t change that person’s opinion. I’m not doctor, I don’t even play one on tv, but even I don’t know for sure if it’s genetic or not…I’m not even sure what side of the fense I sit on when it comes right down to it. But you shouldn’t let such things upset you so…there are better things to waste your time and energy on.
I will say Kudos…for actually try to debating him with research and facts instead of just debating him with emotion and personal opinions. Too many people try to prove a point with personal opinion and that’s just dumb…it’s best to back yourself up with facts and research.
